hey tom, was this true????.......I'm not a securities lawyer, but me thinks a CEO would want to stay far away from such behavior, not "thank it":

(then again, I would not threaten to throw someone in a tire shredder, so what do I know????)

Nuke fu?k head - It is funny that you should bring that up about putting money into the company. When the news came out as I predicted and the stock ran past a buck, me, enviroman, stugosta, and tomatoes all offered to sell our shares that we were holding on the open market and give the money to herda. When we reached herda, around 2 in the afternoon EST we asked him if he would allow us to do a private placement with the company. We could have given him around 3 million dollars total. We even offered to take 2 year restricted stock basded on the 20 day moving average.

Herda's reply was not necessary, we have all of the funding we need lined up just not executed yet. I then offered to take the stock at 1 dollar which at the time was only a 10 cent discount to the market and he said once again no we do not need it. He also relayed to me that all necessary wheels are in motion and the execution of "ALL" of the weapons detection programs will be when all I's are dotted and T's are crossed, and not before hand. I obviously asked when and he then said read the filings.

OH, one more thing you complete fuc?in moron, Herda followed up the next day with a letter and a thank you.

SO, the moral of the story is that you are too insignificant and unimportant to give a flying fu?k about.

As far as money maybe you are the one who really needs the money.
