The 2.5 Billion was for a break-up fee between Google and Motorola. You can't even follow the course of conversation correctly around here.

You are crazy if you think the investors who will be rewarded with the warrants @ $66 and the fact IDCC is on the block are not intertwined.

Me thinks these investors already knew a buyout bid was coming and they aren't getting involved to just make $5/share profit.

BTW: I want this deal to get done now as my 2 main positions are long IDCC and also long TZA (3x short Russell) since I am not positive on the equity markets in at least the short - intermediate term. I would love for IDCC to get sold @ $150 and then wait about 45 days to get long several other stocks.
