Proof the f/s was for a good reason.

“This stock dividend is intended to lay the groundwork for the growth of the Company,"said CEO Kim K. Thompson. "It is part of our ongoing efforts to improve trading liquidity, broaden ownership, promote capital investment and enhance shareholder value.
This action is enabled by the Company’s continued success in the laboratory and is consistent with the Board's commitment to take actions designed to create a wider distribution of the Company’s stock.”

Our previous equity financiers, edward defeudis and sean march just did a forward split too, what was their resaon you ask?

"Our management had recently conducted a 1:10 forward split in order to improve trading liquidity, broaden ownership, promote capital investment and enhance shareholder value. Shortly after the forward split was effective, one of the largest clearinghouses in the United States implemented a new policy regarding the clearing of shares below a certain stock price. In response, we have decided to effectively unwind the forward split by authorizing a reverse split of the same ratio," said Edward C. DeFeudis, President and CFO.

Match the colors, it is verbatim the same.......

A stock is worth what a stock is worth, this is called market capitalization, f/s and r/s are not intended to affect that, if forward splits give you a higher market cap, then why not do a another forward split, and then another one???? why do some big stocks trade at 600 bucks a share they could do a forward split to 6 dollars..... like you said, it is only to control the cost of the per share price, and kblb has never reached any level to which that would be necessary.

Significance of this evil? i dont know and i dont care
