Well the main reason countless companies do a forward spilt is exactly for the reasons listed in the PR's. It is to increase liquidity and all the benefits of doing that. It certainly isn't evil. It is a mathematical necessity. You have to have liquidity to move shares. The more shares you move the friendlier and less difficult it is for brokers to accept buys and sells. If you want to look for conspiracies then you will find them. But it really is written in plain English, and folks that admit to not understanding why, should know they are going beyond their pay grade so to speak, in offering that it is evil or dubious. The reasons need no interpretation, other than the reading of PR's.

its interesting that the other company doesnt hesitate to call it what it is...a forward split...but kim calls it a "stock dividend"...im sure he felt it sounded better but its also very misleading..

lets face it, if the science was a rockin success ( and i assume thats what he is refering too when he says "success in the laboratory"), there would be no need to do a sham f/s at all...

a little REAL success solves that whole problem...but when your supposed success is pure bs then yea, you're gonna need a little help turning that bs into cash...although the forward split doesnt help accomplish that..

well perhaps all this lying and misleading bs is all over and kblb is truly on its way to multi billion dollar status just any day now....

time will tell...in the meantime i will trade it...the company is a one man show....not unlike people who used to travel from town to town selling snake oil from the back of a wagon telling everyone it cured everything from headaches to std's...
