Draco will kill all virus infected cells, not virus immune cells

There are no virus immune cells. The system develops immunity, individual cells do not. Once infected, they can be reinfected.

DRACO enters cells that have a specific change that comes following infection. That change has already taken place in cells infected but surviving. They still carry the marker that causes DRACO to react and enter (or is it enter and react). In my opinion there is a high likelihood DRACO will destroy these healthy cells.

Also, cells once infected do continue to carry residual viral matter and they do continue to have the RNA/DNA replication changes that were used to hijack the cell's material for virus replication. It is this residual matter that is associated with virally triggered cancers.

In the case of toxicity, EbolaCide reportedly showed "little cytotoxicity." This should not be interpreted as nanoviricides showed toxicity. It should be interpreted as intended which is similar to a statement that ingesting water shows little cytotoxicity. It takes a whole lot of drinking water to reach cytotoxic levels.
