Dead wrong. "Per ton" is by weight. By volume, it's less than 2%.

Meaning, a tractor trailer that holds 20 tons of pure plastic -- if it was to be stuffed with raggertail, the amount of metal would by volume only take up the space of say a coffin.

Metal is very heavy. Around 16 to 1 ratio for HDPE plastic boxes. Meaning, a 50-50 mix by weight of steel and plastic would only be 6.25% metal by volume. And NYSE: RKT's plastic is LDPE so the ratio is likely much larger. I'm guessing 2%.

If you actually look at raggertail, the metal component, though heavy by weight, actually takes up very little space by volume. It's a thin wire surrounded by very thick (wide) amounts of plastic.

Pre-melt won't melt metal.. neither would the main reactor (low temp). Residue clean-out is automated now -- no shut down (= no slow down). As for the % metal:plastic .. the rate of throughput (20 tons/day) is only limited by the condenser and not at all about the feeding of raw feedstock into the system. Therefore only the hydrocarbon mass rate-of-condensing will throttle the system. So even if ragger-tail is 50% non-plastic (by weight), the system should still approach 20 tons of hydrocarbon input per day.. or 40 tons of ragger tail. I would imagine that all other aspects of the system can keep up: feeder, pre-melt, residue, etc.

That's my understanding of it anyway...
