Discouraging people from researching what the CEO says to verify it is on the verge of sinister. Do not check anything out; just sit back and be quiet?

Nonsense. Until CGAQ produces a 30-page document and proof that $1 million was in escrow my DD says that there never was an agreement for Hipodromo V Centenario. The only document available says that "if" the track is for sale or lease the track officials would let everyone know.

As for the boxing match; 30 days away and nobody can buy a ticket for it yet. Unless they will be selling CGAQ shares at the gate; there is little interest anywhere regarding it. Stocks move up and down due to buyers and sellers of a stock not by what the company does.
