mordicai, thanks for your input and I agree with you totally. I am just discussing based on what and how I have seen this court treat this case. As far as I am concerned, Rosie and a host of others should be immediately arrested for bankruptcy fraud and more!

I'd like to think you're right, but somehow, I think the judge is going to find some way to protect JPM and the FDIC once again. I do think she'll otherwise throw equity a nice bone, at least.

It has to Mordicai. Because it was negotiated by the SNH's who were in turn screwing equityholders with their insider trading, the whole process needs a RESET Button..It has TOO!
