The current legal stance is a hearing on Sep 6 on Sam's motion to dismiss the BK. We are hoping to see something on pacer before then that collaborates the rumors that Paul and Sam are trying to work out a new deal. All we have other than that is a truckload of rumors that they are trying to work it out. Nothing verifiable until we see a PR to that effect.
