DDC - no one really knows exactly how many of the 15 Billion Authorized shares are actually in circulation at this exact moment.
The company will report in it's financial statements how many are outstanding at the time of the report. The difference between the A/S and O/S are the shares the company itself owns and can sell to anyone interested in order to raise money to conduct their business.
Since the company has $0.00 income, it has to rely on the sale of shares or other means of creative financing to get business done.
Let's say CGFIA needs $1,000,000.00 (One Million Dollars) to get the mill up & running, then the company needs to sell 2,000,000,000 (2 Billion) shares at the current $0.0005 cents per share to raise the money needed.
IMHO (In My Humble Opinion) you can expect 9 to 11 Billion shares O/S by the time the mill is up & running.
