According to the CGFIA website, the outstanding share count (O/S) is 6.2 billion shares.

You may want to look at the financials yourself. It may seem like an alien language, but look at the 10Q from 7/2011 and it will give you the O/S, A/S and all the latest financial info.

Don't be afraid to ask about anything you see or read. Most of the members of this board will be glad to help you out.
