Verification would be a good thing. So, then, it's your job to confirm with any KY State rep anything that is referenced to them by any PR that the company puts out. Phone or email, either way, as soon as anything is put out, get all over it and let us all know.
Who knows? The State may very well put out it's own Press Release concerning the project. This would be a pretty big feather in the Governor's or Rep. Yont's hats, and in any other State official that may be involved and they would make it known, rest assured.
We all know we are ALL looking for meat and substance here. Once it comes the landscape changes dramatically.
