Does "applicable to" mean the same as "required by" or "essential to"? Do you have the requisite education and training to offer a meaningful opinion as to essentiality? If so, what credentials do you have in that regard? Since you are often posting about the necessity of licensing various IDCC inventions, your curriculum vitae is relevant to determine what, if any, weight should be afforded to your numerous "opinions".
mschere....we are going to be "in the money" if even half of these "will require a license or updated license from IDCC" events come to fruition. It seems they will have a busy year in the licensing dept if they can get off the schnide...looking forward to that day...
