No true - I know a couple BHLL got killed years ago.
APRU now, and HRRN. All with mulitple lawsuits and charges.

There was a court filing explaining how there are two entities interested in buying the coal mine.
But for how much, I don't know.

Why hasn't EC filed the 10Q?
I would guess it's because of the SEC investigation.

But overall; it doesn't look good right now.
