I agree, we need as much media comverage of this as we can get on how the NASD, SEC, and NASDAQ are running from their responsibilities to provide a fair, honest, and orderly market. If the above parties let this stand, I will lose whatever little faith I had left in our markets.

problem is...

everyone and their grandmother doesnt trade pink sheet stocks... hell they dont even know what they are.

i doubt that anybody bought shares of GLUV because they thought it was a fundamentally sound company.

my guess is, the majority of players were just looking to make a quick buck - and are disappointed that they didnt.

are you upset because an insider may be corrupt or manipulative.... and actually got away with it??? lol ... and what news would that be to the penny stock world.

are you upset because maybe someone managed to make out and you didnt??? that is the risk that you take when you buy a worthless piece of s h i t like GLUV.

how about this... they just shut down the whole penny stock world altogether.... would you and the umpteen others whining here like that????

cus as crappy as it is.... most of the whiners here are HOOKED ON PENNIES... and would hate to see the OTC:bb and pinksheet market shut down.

i've seen this kind of thing before and i after all the whining, bitching, moaning, complaints to SEC, NASD, and every other regulatory agency, followed by threats of class action law suits ---- NOBODY IS LIKELY TO ANYTHING TO RECOVER THEIR LOSSES.
