Please stop your innuendo.

If you have a way to "own the business," whatever that means, explain it.

Owning common shares is owning the business. I'd rather have shares in the whole public company than an interest in a private fish farm, for instance.

At the moment the stock may be cheaper than any type of joint venture one could enter into.

If Treit is right that joint venture partners stand to make a 25% return, then there is a much higher, potential return available in the stock IMHO.
