oh, i think someone is trying to set up their own biz, via contracting with SIAF management. I've seen some of this deals as well. Question is whether you trust such contracts drawn up. I think Solomon should withdraw from these types of side contracts as it dilutes the equity shareholders' returns!

if you rather own the common stocks, then you don't need me to explain anything about it.

debt holders usually get the first dib, second, would be the operating expenses, then, whatever is paid to the partners.

common stocks holder is getting what is left after all the expenses are paid.

not like my comment is going to affect the share price, you guys can just ignore it. i am just trying to find some existing SIAF common stocks holders, who happened to have common interests, and professional background who understand SIAF operations. because it is important, to travel with those professionals, and visit the operations when it is time to do the DD.
