Yes I surely can see the savings.

I flew over the inter-coastal waterway for eight hours a day for thirty days making radar images on film. This used a C130 aircraft, crew “s” and my three people for the entire month.
Six hours flying/filming
Back to motel room for eight hours during which
develop one copy of the film
sleep, eat, shower, sxxt
Start all over
We actually did this entire routine again in another part of the ICW a few months later.
I do not even want to think of the cost of this but I am sure a strat could do the job cheeply as a secondary task.
