I saw that posted, but not sure the relevance that it would have to the post I made. My post was about the NHSH shell from December 17, 2010 to present day.
I didn't present details about Jeff DiGenova's past so there was no reason for me to present details about James Owen's past in that post.
If Centacom (James Owens) ends up taking control of the shell then that could certainly present a whole new list of issues for NHSH shareholders to need to be aware of.
At this point NHSH has turned into another QASP with lots of questions about who now has control of the shell. This one could be headed down a similar road to QASP with control of the shell ultimately being determined by the legal system through an arbitrary court. It could also see some SEC or other regulatory actions.
It will be interesting to see how it unfolds.
There is very little for NHSH shareholders to be excited about at this point.
