CRWV - nice article by the pumpsanddumps.com crew. They did a great job of ridiculing the mining claims. Those claims are just ridiculous.

An answer to some of the missing information from their article.

Ps&Ds said this in their article:

We find it troubling that there is no documentation regarding the conversion rate of the preferred shares into common shares. Penny stock shams such as this one, use the issuance of preferred shares to hide the fact that more common shares will eventually be retained by the insiders, usually after they have sold their existing stock to the public under a Pump & Dump scheme such as the one going on now.

The conversion ratio of the Preferred shares can be found in the inactive company annual report for the Period Ending December 31, 2010 filed on May 20, 2011:

http://www.otcmarkets.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=51625

The Company has authorized 50,000,000 shares of preferred stock with a par value of .001. There are no shares issued. The preferred shares can be converted into a 50 to 1 ratio of common stock.

That same information is also in the active annual report filed on August 8, 2011:

http://www.otcmarkets.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=57051

The Nevada SOS shows that CRWV does have 50,000,000 preferred shares authorized

I think the most alarming thing in the filings is the debt Note to the related party:

The Company has a debt to a related party for $24,771 convertible into 24,771,000 shares of common stock at par.

That debt Note converts at $.0001/share. At the current trading price as I type this ($.12/share) that $24,771 Note is now worth $2,972,520.

I wonder who owns that debt Note. I think they are the person that should be of the most interest in this scheme.

CRWV is very scammy and certainly does run the risk of a trading halt. People are playing with fire there. I hope they do a good job planning their exit point if they have bought stock in that company.
