Since Bogdan Rentea is not licensed to practice in California, this case against Imaging3 is already dead unless he wants to go through the expense of hiring cousel in California and then the expense of travelling to who knows how many cities to get these depositions.

Much ado about nothing on a case that has no basis for proceding.

Janes and a group of OH visitors can not state that the Dvis works. Only the FDA can make that determination, and so far the FDA has said there is no evidence that proves to them that the device works. Janes got a big fat rejection letter from the FDA in Oct. 2010. Enough said.
