Second, I dont need to be licensed in California to appear pro se. (look it up)

A lawyer can appear pro se ( represent themselves). So Bogdan does not have to hire an attorney since he is one already and he does not have to have a license in the state of Ca. to represent himself. The case against Dean Janes is far from dead.
