Large Green: I believe TPS is so convinced this judge is a bumbling idiot as to her view on jurisdiction that we could very well see TPS go the route of Writ of Prohibition on the basis of Stern , divestiture , etc. and stop her from ever allowing the gsa to continue. (writ of prohibition - a judicial writ from a higher court ordering a lower court not to exercise jurisdiction in a particular case) They have nothing to lose by doing so. JMHO.
