Hey I am independent of the company and lost my azz on it not once but twice. If this company had their crap together and filed the ownership filings as required by the SEC none of this would be an issue.
I am happy that there is activity above 0.04 which is increasing the average prices of the MM who dictate how much you pay for the shares.
I will wait to see what this company can do. If its the same old shell game of pump and dump PRs we will find out. Someone should let the company know that they need to file any share ownership over 5% and for directors and officers. I expect Harry Bagot will clean this up in due time.
That very well could have been a dump and if it is there will be more and that will give your sign, but I view it as more if a day trader. The ask is 0.055 and of course the market makers are going to fill a sell at 0.04 in order to make more money when they flip the shares.
