#23526 RE: amarkiii #23524

Now if only you know who sold that 235K it could be more telling than any "news" that has come out in the last 2 years. There is no way to find out, but food for thought.

Schwarz has millions of these shares and has never filed any type of ownership paperwork, but is probably the biggest single shareholder AND as a Board Member is still able to, "Fly under the radar."

What a potential racket. Have the CEO buy a whopping $400 worth, oh I mean $4000 worth and get the longs (as well as newbies) talking again and digging just a little deeper to collectively raise the price. Schwarz can sell all day long and never file an 8K. With one hand "they" can have Mr. Bagot buy and make a big hoopla putting out an 8K, yet with the other hand "they" can sell and not say a word.

Not saying this has happened, but they set it up so it can happen and with the past, YES you know, THE PAST, as in what has already been proven to happen, I wouldn't discount the likelihood of this taking place. Without any 5%+ ownership transparency it's impossible to know.

Oh yea, let me clarify. It's impossible to know UNLESS you are the one doing it. That's right, I forgot, the BOD does know more than I do.

A show of hands; "Who thinks it would be important to know when a Board Member is selling or transferring (most likely at a huge discount) shares of his company?"
