Latest sale was effected in 2003. Probably also for tax reasons. No reporting of gain until April 2004.

Sam...Fwiw,you are right. What little bit of insider selling thathas gone on,should not be of concern to IDC investors. If the stock was going down and someone like Ridge Bolgiano dumped 100,000 shares, then people should get nervous. IMO that isn't going to happen. In my 18 yrs as an investor in IDC Ridge has sold very few shares and has been a net buyer recently. As TC sais, we had a seller this am that just gave us an opportunity to pick up more shares, which I did. Thanks.
