I was able to see 3 tankers parked next to the processor building

Wow...nice.

I would imagine these tankers would be a little expensive to have sit around doing nothing...FILL er UP JBI.

"3 tankers" tells enough. There was only 1 when I last went.

but I could only see a few going in and out.

Did those people seem to be going about with a specific purpose in mind?...

or would it be more correct to describe their movements as aimless meanderings about the premises?

Also, could you tell IF the tankers appeared to be moved about occasionally, or did they look grungy and covered with a film from sitting in one place for a long period of time... just for effect?

...just anticipatin' (some of the likely claims regarding your observations)

& thanks for taking the time to check out the site.

As of August 19, 2011, with a NYMEX crude price of $82.81, Coco Paving is presently ordering and purchasing full tankers of petroleum distillate at $109.80 per barrel. Coco Paving has stated it is pleased with our Plastic2Oil fuel and they are ordering from the Company on a regular basis..

this is from the website...Maybe those tankers were for COCO?
