#234101 RE: diarch #234100

I am giving my WAG as:

1. A successful outcome from the EU re-exam (best hope). BAM!

2. If Mobile Tag signs a deal! Little boom.

3. If AT&T signs a really, really big deal. boom.

4. If YA writes off their NeoMedia loan. 4 cents.

5. If NeoMedia signs a well-known CEO. Big Bam! 20 - 30 cents minimum and holding. Pay him/her $2M salary for 18 months, and shareholder value will quadruple in that period.

6. If NeoMedia signs a big deal, it will go down.

7. If NeoMedia reports 1200% increase in revenues in the next 10-Q, it will go down.

So unless it is hiring a CEO, it has to be external and out of NeoMedia's control. Even if it should add shareholder value. Sorry, Laura, but you would say the same.

diarch, Yorkville was well aware of the outcome of the patent re-examination. They were not caught off guard.

Don't forget, they have final approval on ALL NeoMedia PR's.

YA loved the pps action and diluted accordingly:

* The number of outstanding shares of the registrant’s Common Stock on May 9, 2011 was 65,770,910

* The number of outstanding shares of the registrant’s Common Stock on August 8, 2011 was 219,257,318
