Question to the board:would appreciate any speculation, hypothesis,radical view on what magnitude and type of event could propel the pps from these mid 3's to low to mid 20s in short order. The May 26, 27th rocketry of pps based on patent confirmation caught YA off guard IMO. I will need to deleverage my position by mid to late Q4. My hotel on Park Place has high vacancy. Thanks all.
