Uhmmmm, so you guys are just now becoming aware of the Caveat Emptor status????
You guys know that pinksheets does this to a lot of stocks that don't have their filings updated. If pinksheets deems there is excessive volume from what they feel is unappropriate on a non current stock they will assign the skull and crossbones. Then they extort the small companies and charge them thousands to get it removed when they file.
You guys are acting as if this is new information. LOL
The company applied for name and ticker change with FINRA so I would start to expect the filings when everything is complete.
