The way I see it then is it's more money being saved ( minus lost e-bay revenues) and maybe Dave has been starting to delegate more of Marks responsibilites to Rhonda and there was the "writing on the wall". Like I tell everyone else. NO ONE knows what is going on behind the scenes. All we can do is guess. Just a though.
Since the CEO and his wife are the only officers listed in the company's 10KSB; he would not be required to file an 8-K as an officer resigning. He must have been one of the 5 employees.
The oddest thing is that unless you read the message boards or received the E-mail- MSEP shareholders have no idea that this has happened (if it really did).
Real strange. Good luck either way; now you know why you shouldn't fall in love with these stocks.
