WOw..I guess none of us wanted to deal with
something like this, this morning.
Will Dave put out some kind of PR on Mark, along
with maybe something positive to offset it?? (I know,
wishful thinking).
I'm wondering if Mark may have violated some
kind of securities rule, by emailing some investors
personally about this situation, in light of the
fact that this might be a material event of a public
company and Reg. Full Disclosure could have been violated??
Just thinking out loud. Not even sure if that's correct.
Wonder who was selling on Friday. Not so sure it was just
Mark because of Rule 144 restrictions. He could have sold some
but it would be a limited number of shares. Enough to drop the
stock I'm sure, but maybe there were others too, that got the
"heads up" on what was going on.
I wasn't happy about the current SP, but THIS I never expected.
