I think that's exactly where this lies. I overheard a conversation a hearing or two ago about "they just need to do the right thing" or some such. No context to the comment, but I think JPM is the one digging in here and while I generally stay away from wishing ill to anyone (a corporation is a person!!) in this case, I'll make an exception :)

as they don't somehow cancel my stock. i can flip my positions into a million bucks over the next five years assuming wamuq trades between .04 and .25. then in 2016, when we pummel jpmc in a jury trial and finally receive $60/share for wamuq, i will smile a joker-like smile... counting over and over again the number of zeros appearing in my trading account to finally declare "oh sh!t, i have $250 million dollars"
