Hardball, JimCharts has it backwards, IMO.

Joel and Blueskywaves were involved in a prolonged discussion of the appropriateness of stock options as a management tool before the 2003 ASM. Joel and BSW stongly backed management's proposal to increase shares available for option. Most others here were opposed to management's proposal.

So, I don't understand why Jim Charts says Joel and BSW were doing the same as CorpBuyer, when, in fact, they stongly supported management.

FYI, I am a big fan of Joel's and even BSW.
