All we have to win is one. Then the dominoes fall. With a settlement from TMOB, not only do we have the much needed cash, but also a precedent. From everything I've read about these types of cases (patent infringement), all you need is the one big fish, and then the others fall in line. The case that comes to mind, is the one with the small inventor that sued Ford for intermittent wipers. It took him a long time, but he eventually won, and then all of the other car manufacturers fell in line and had to pay him royalties.
