Thanks for the reply. I guess you are right because the market has priced this stock through the roof for its immensely valuable patent. Meanwhile everyone ASSumes there already is a tmobile settlement. I guess that is also accounted for in the share price. CLYW's ONLY near term source of money IS tmobile, i guess, out of the goodness of their heart, tmobile will sense the incredible weakened position of calypso and leave the bank vault open. My gut tells me Mr. "Big Shot" Turrini and company sold us out. Guess what we can do about it....nothing. A board has that kind of power. A good compromise, as i have previously written would have left both parties with an incentive to act in a synergistic manner. BOTH parties seeking revenue streams from around the world. Both parties having their hands in each other's pockets so to speak. That would have been so much more powerful for the shareholders. Truthfully, I'm sure you would feel much more enthusiastic if that were the case.
Also, right now I'm am still not sure what influence DD could have in Tmobile negotiations. I just see calypso right now with one ticket to the lottery. What kind of future do you see for calypso if tmobile (att influence) becomes a war?
Also, i wish downsideup would complete and publish a detailed accounting/explanation that a child can understand of his position, including finely crafted questions with which some member of this board can ask on September 17th. People on this board need to put their heads together and come up with an intelligent way to present themselves at the shareholder's forum.
This settlement was not a compromise it was capitulation. Are you forgetting the countless posts about DD and his wife fraudulently obtaining company stock with no shareholder approval, etc. The wily bastard got away with keeping his 18% stake in the company too! CALPYSO SHOULD HAVE A STAKE IN THE REST OF THE WORLD ALSO. PERIOD. PARAGRAPH. No ifs ands or buts. DD has multiple shots on goal and we are left with one lottery ticket which we MUST win in order to continue the fight.
