If this company is a 'scam', then the so-called Dallas Research and Development Team would have to be at the 'basis' of it. It is for R&D, per my understanding, that most of the monies garnered through sale of stock have been expended. Certainly Hop-on must have a patent for its original 'disposable' phone, if for nothing else. If not, then the 'Nokia inside an Hop-on shell' discovery should have been its 'deathblow' several years ago. jmo, dc..
