Now, they are a retailer of phones shipped from overseas, which they have to pay someone to assemble, and if I'm not mistaken, they are paying for space in another companies facility to do this (in Mexico). Gannon has also publicly stated that their margin was very small. How small? It seems they are spending a lot of money just to get one phone ready for sale, and not making any money from it.
