dixie: Any assembling HPNN does is still with other companies components. HPNN does not make phones, they stamp their name on generic phones. They hold no patents, no propriatary licenses,nothing. This is a Nevada shell stock more or less and nothing more.
BenQ (Chinese) 'manufactures' many of Motorola's phones, but it is per specifications (concepts) developed by Motorola....same as Hop-on uses an Asian company to manufacture some of their phones. No difference...
