Yes,TCL 'manufactures' the phones, Mathias, but it is per specifications (concepts) developed by Hop-on's 'Dallas R&D team. Hop-on also does its 'own' manufacturing of phones (ie., assembling) in Mexico {and soon to be in India), is my understanding. dc..
