Correct. Some have said that we should get "our money back". Well, at this point, its not that simple. The market thought the shares were worth at least .0001 post f/s, so this now involves much more than just our original investment. Tender offer needs to be .0002 at least. If they were to cover in the open market, this could easily get to .0005 or even higher. That's the situation we are in now, it's not just a matter of getting original back, the shares have been bought and sold much higher than that, and that needs to be taken into consideration in any tender offer.
