Are you sure that a recital of past history is not required? I have not started DD on this subject yet, but I have read a fair number of pink sheet financial filings. A litany of past corporate structure changes is such a regular part of these documents that I presumed it was a requirement. Why else would you repeatedly remind investors of the damage that has been visited on a company and its owners, quarterly filing after quarterly filing?
It that would be greatly appreciated if your ETRADE MGR could point us toward some documentation regarding what is and is not required regarding past history details in a public company filing Obviously someone on PHAR’s financial team thinks it ought to be included.
Correction to previous post : I typed in same PPS for 4/28 filing as 8/19 by mistake . 4/28 WAS BETWEEN .035 TO .04 trading day after.. 8/19 was the .0092. Highest to near lowest.
