Been biting my tounge since release of Qrt. filing and now its just plain sore.
So im going to put some things out as to how disappointed i was in this QTR filing and since most have spoke positively about it i reckon ill be black sheep again. But my late DAD always told me SAY WHAT YOU MEAN BUT MEAN WHAT YOU SAY.
The only thing that gave me about 75% answer was that of dilution.
On 4/28 release,PPS was .0092 On 8/19 release, PPS was.0092 But this release didnt even warrent a press release,4/28 did . Do not comprehend that.
Before doing this post i talked at length with my ETRADE man that works with me on DOW items but they will not consult on pinks. Its 100% in traders hands. But i asked him to look at both filings just for my own knowledge of what has to be included and not. He was very helpful so im not going to be just rambling without facts.
The Board of Directors were referenced to in filing but IR had told me three weeks ago the names would be on this QTR filing. NOTHING.
Why in the H--L in both filings is there elaborate details about the Company which goes on back to 2008 financials as BMGI. Even has mentioned at length about several name changes PHAR has went through, which really was the old BMGI.. MY ETRADE MGR said this was ridiculous and not needed in filing..HIS WORDS,UNLESS YOU WANT TO SCARE INVESTORS AWAY!!!!
WHY AM I BRINGING THIS UP: Because it has a damaging pull on a company that im invested in now!!! So im going to speak my mind and not be reluctant to talk with PHAR and i refuse to give them praise for this. They need someone to confront this. I have emailed this same concern but have not recieved word back.
Other than one or two on this board has a clue of how this could be so damaging to PPS AND ATTRACTING NEW INVESTORS. WHY,,BECAUSE NO ONE IS WILLING TO GO BACK AND DO THE DD ON THIS SUBJECT TO SEE WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT. SAD THING I DONT THINK ANYONE WILL.
The Chaiman of Board and another Director of BMGI, which is still enough of a part of PHAR that it has to be at length in Financials, these crook from the 1990s till BMGI had 36 known Companies and would spin these change names, do unheard of splits, 5 bankruptcies, and even with BMGI as you can see in both Qtr filings changed names several times with several r/s.
I feel sure the first reaction i might get is we have been through this. Im hoping i might have gained a touch more respect than before so unless you believe me or do your DD on this subject what i say means nothing.
BUT IMO AS IVE SAID BEFORE AND NOBODY BELIEVES ME. But this is a fact. During the more than 2 decades of of the BMGI team ripping investors off, there are thousands of investors in the otc pinks that no this and ANY AND I MEAN ANY ASSOCIATION WITH THESE NAMES, AND THESE INVESTORS THAT ARE BIG PLAYERS IN PINKS LAUGH at any suggestion of putting a dime in.Quite the opposite with some that can and no how to hold down PPS.
My God, they dont know any better. You read Qtr report and you are led to believe, AS MY ETRADE EXPERT DID,,that PHAR WAS IN MEDIA BUSINESS since 2008 but now is doing drugs...
YOU MIGHT BE LED TO BELIEVE ITS COMMON KNOWLEDGE THAT ITS WIDELY KNOWN OF THE SHELL BUYOUT OR EVEN THAT ALL UNDERSTAND, BUT YOU ARE DEAD WRONG AND THATS IMO IS KILLING PHAR..THE MAJORITY OF THE BIG PINK INVESTORS THAT WE NEED TO GET BUYING GOING WONT TOUCH IT,, THOSE CARRYOVER INVESTORS WITH A LOT OF FRRE SHARES STILL HOLD A GRUDGE. PHAR MUST WAKE UP ON THIS SUBJECT. We as a board need to go way back on this subject and if you think it hurts PHAR,,SAY IT,,,ITS OUR COMPANY AS WELL..
I do not want to see us sitting and thinking NEWS is whats going to move PPS and spur buying. Some might say well im long it doesnt matter. Well i dont know about you i dont want my long to end up in two years maybe a minute fraction of what it could have been. We stay at less than.02 until revenue comes and benefits will be a 1000% jump. Whats your PPS. IT will suck...
ITS BACKING UP AND GET THE OLD NEWS COMPLETELY BURIED AND RESOLVED AND OUT INTO THE PINK COMMUNITY OF INVESTORS AS TO ANY CONNECTION WHATSOEVER AND CLARIFY QTR FILINGS STATEMENTS. AND PLEASE DONT JUST SAY PEOPLE SHOULD KNOW THIS .THEY DONT AND IMO THATS WHATS KILLING PHAR..YOU WILL SEE NEXT QTR FILINGS PPS BE .0092 JUST LIKE LAST TWO. THAT SHOULD TELL US ALL SOMETHING.
ITS EASY TO TALK ABOUT THE GOOD,, IVE BEEN A BIG SUPPORTER IN SHARE POSITION AND COMMENTS ON BOARD BUT ITS DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE WHATSOEVER FOR THIS FILING ALMOST A DUPLICATE OF FIRST, other than some financials. Not to even put it out through PR on Marketwire tells me somebody running this end of the show,, HIS A-S needs to take a hike..
I was looking for updates on phase items, not a repeat of what they are, not how many times we changed our name or our 2008 financials when it was blue wireless or BMGI or whichever.
