The frustration will likely be greatly subsided the moment sellers let this break .02. Until such time when investors can see/believe that this stock can actually move then all the news will mean SO MUCH MORE.

A stock that gets stuck in forever-churn-forever-channel mode is a brutal thing on the OTC.

Time to let this dance one way or the other...chart wants either a break UP or a break DOWN.....but its just gotta move. Time for HQ to figure out a way to show the world that *the RTGV stock* can indeed move on buying pressure.
