If the way Mark Leonard is going about ramping up manufacturing facilities, increasing inventory so a consistent and expanded distribution network can be maintained with a constant supply of product, and setting up financing so all this can come together...if he is doing it the wrong way by utilizing shares to accomplish this, how should he of gone about arranging funds for all of this?

You are completely misunderstanding me. I have no problem with him issuing shares to get whatever funds he needs to. Go back and read my posts from the past few months, I keep saying that you need to spend money to make money and that if he uses it the right way then he should.

I just think he is going about it the wrong way by keeping his plans a secret (but I have already gotten over that) and that people are completely ignoring the risks in this company solely because they sell a good product. To say that issuing every share won't have an impact on the company's share price is a falsehood. To say that there is no chance of dilution when the company just issued 150 mill shares and doubled the amount of outstanding shares in the past year and change is a far stretch. I never once said that he shouldn't issue shares if he needs, to, it is everyone else that is saying that he won't. Read some of the posts of the diehard pumpers before and after the last quarterly statement and you will see what I am saying.

To ask questions about a company that I don't know the answer to does not have to be viewed like I am talking trash. I am thinking about a company that is just beginning and has yet to establish itself in an uncertain time in our nations economy. I think asking and answering these questions will help people think objectively about the company rather than get so emotionally attached. To me, if answers make sense and will help me to see the investment as less risky, then it is worth asking. If you have to shy away from questions, then you are lying to yourself. People shouldn't avoid questions but rather jump right into them.
