fly, why would they have to audit mmxt? they are current with all filings to date.

Fly, Not sure if it ss sixty days after signing definitive agreement or 60 after filing with SEC.that the 2 year audit must be complete! Either way the clock start ticking.

what do they need to audit???? certainly not much in revenues.

the audit should be completed in less time than it would take to audit little joey's lemonade stand!

ya that is what I posted a couple of weeks ago. I just now they are going to announce the signing......it would make sense.
