You please refer to that post as well. I would say that the ones that are not can be looked at as a scam, there is a reason they are not current...it's not because it's "not easy to file."
Dude, they file or they do not. I'm not judging the numbers, I'm judging if they actually file...if they do not then you can now put them in the larger fraction of Pink Sheet Companies.
