Great post I do see one thing coming out of this, and that is if she wants the parties to settle she can kill the por and that might force parties to go back and settle this up. I would love to see the GSA dead in the water because we all know were the pps would end up.

MrchntDeth, excellent post and yes you are correcct with this Judge having made up her mind. How could she have not? Let's hope her mind was not made up BEFORE Susman and Company entered their evidence and facts.

Great post You may be right on a ruling from the bench but I think she may wait just a little while to give the appearance of being a judge and including all arguments. Though she may well have more than enough to make a ruling when she enters the court room; she may want to include something from the oral arguments for the reason above, just to give the appearance of justice served.
I would also like to also declare you the winner of the battle of wits; of course don’t let it go to your head because of the competition you had it was an easy win.

I agree that her mind has mainly decided but having said that I remind myself how many times(lost count)she has NOT followed through with past decisions and NOT held certain folks accountable!
Last time I checked, the female has a spine,lol! Does she have a heart?
