I would disagree. If you have not followed the forum since inception, it takes a really long time just to plow through all the posts. And then you also have to plow through all the not so enlightening posts. I just read through Chad Sykes complete posting history which was very awarding.

Indeed, i was in the same line of thought to create some sort of list that contains the best posts in way of research and DD. With such a list a lot of the unneccesary posts that are posted today would not be posted. For example the land rights issue.

I do not now of a way to create such a forum, although I am more or less a rookie on Ihub. Perhaps some sort of wiki as mentioned earlier. The problem is who will make the selction of posts. If the forum moderator is a biased bull or bear, the choice of posts in the wiki might be affected by this. Hopefully the moderator will have such a good sense to not fall for bull or bear bias and just pick the posts that are the most analytical and contributive.

The issue regarding Solomons nationality is not the most decisive factor in this investment case, however getting a feeling of managements background is crucial. I started up this question as a part of this management history DD

Lucky Loser, treit, traderfan and Chad, you have built a really good information base with intresting analysis surrounding SIAF. Thank you for that!

First, the Kool-aid longs you refer to usually provide substantive material to back their arguments, as opposed to tripe such as, "why is an Australian running the company."

WTF does that have to do w/SIAF performance?

Second, your argument to open up the front page to a public analysis would simply invite the same nonsense I just referenced that would have to be sifted, combed through, edited, redacted, etc. etc. and would amount to nothing more than a waste of time and a diversion from what everyone can gain from simply reading or reviewing the posts on this board. It's not as if there are that many posts to begin with.

thanks for the reply

my vision is using the IHUB forum board as a way to hash out single topics resulting in a general consensus (democracy!), with the final decision being posted on the SIAF-IBOX (sp?) that only the mod can change. Pick a hot topic and we can all argue, long and short, our hearts out until the answer is clear. Ambiguous questions or those requiring further company info can be placed in a column labeled just that: Don't Know (my favorite bubble selection in the old-school standardized tests!). Naturally as new information arises, the ibox will be updated but at least we set up a skeleton.
