I don't see where the CEO said there would be no reverse split. In fact, I don't see where the CEO has said or done anything. He hasn't even provided a bio for their website. I'm sure that will take a while though. It's tough to write good fiction.
Edit: The statement wasn't on the page when I first looked, now it's back. Weird.
